Kayley Dao is currently the Lead Designer at Hadley & Ren Design Co., a full service floral and event design studio based in Orange County. With nearly two years of experience in the wedding industry as a florist and planner, she strives to bring to life the dreams and visions of her couples. Her love for wedding design has taken her all over California and she hopes to soon travel nationally and internationally to service her wedding clients.

Kayley discovered her hidden passion for public relations while attending college at California State Long Beach. She is currently pursing her passion for public relations as well as her passion for wedding design. She will be graduating from California State Long Beach with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations this Spring.

In her free time, you can find her turning her love of nail design into a small business. She also is an avid reader and loves to knit. With her creative spirit, Kayley is constantly exploring new ways to express her creativity that feels true to her.
